Integrity Mechanical Advisors LLC was founded by Tito Fernandez, a 20-year veteran of the commercial HVAC industry. After spending two decades watching property managers, facility managers, and building owners get caught between contractors who oversell and service companies that underdeliver, Tito built IMA to solve a problem nobody else was solving.
